This is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See section 7.

We do not seek to collect special category data (such as health, ethnicity or religious beliefs) and ask that you do not send it to us unless it is required as part of a print job you have commissioned.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether those interests are outweighed by your rights, and we have concluded they are not. You can object to this processing at any time. See section 8.

3. Marketing

If you have asked to hear from us, or you are an existing business customer, we may send you information about our services by email or post. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us or calling 01256 236644. Withdrawing consent to marketing does not affect the messages we need to send you about an order in progress.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with:

  • print production partners, finishers and other suppliers where part of your job is produced or completed by them

5. International transfers

We aim to keep your personal information within the UK and the European Economic Area. Some of our suppliers, particularly software and cloud providers, may store or access data outside the UK. Where that happens we make sure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum approved for use in the UK. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply.

One routine transfer happens automatically when you browse our site: the typefaces used on our pages are served by Google, which discloses your IP address to Google. See section 7.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it.

  • Enquiries and quotations that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years from your last contact with us
  • Customer and order records, including artwork and production files: for the duration of our relationship and then 7 years, to meet accounting and tax requirements and to allow reprints
  • Accounting and invoicing records: 7 years from the end of the financial year they relate to
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, and then a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again in error
  • Website analytics data: as set out in our cookie settings, and typically no more than 26 months

At the end of these periods we securely delete or anonymise the information.
